Weaving the petals
The Art of Integration : Designing an embodied, cohesive training
In this module, you’ll shape the rhythm and flow of your YTT by weaving each topic and experience into a living curriculum that breathes, evolves, and transforms.
🌬️ Opening Reflection
Take a few slow breaths. Visualize your training as a living organism with roots, stems, and petals all working together.
Journal prompts:
What part of your YTT feels the most alive right now?
What part feels unclear or incomplete?
What emotional tone or energetic rhythm do you want your training to carry from start to finish?
🌿 Mapping the Journey
Use your manual draft from Module 4 as a reference. On this page, you’ll begin to see the movement of your training.
Step 1: Write down the main topics or modules of your YTT.
Step 2: Assign an energy word to each one. How does it feel? (e.g., Ground, Grow, Integrate, Expand, Radiate)
Step 3: Draw arrows or lines between them to show how one phase leads into the next.
🌺 Designing the Arc
Reflect on the emotional and energetic flow your students will experience.
Prompts:
If your training were a story, what is the story arc?
Where are the moments of intensity and expansion?
Where are the moments of rest and reflection?
How do students transition between learning, embodiment, and teaching?
How will ritual or creative integration support these shifts?
🌸 Reflection & Integration
Sit quietly for a moment and look at your flow. Notice how it feels.
Journal prompts:
What feels clear and connected in your curriculum design?
Where might you add softness, rest, or ritual?
What surprised you as you mapped your flow?
How does this design reflect your own journey as a teacher and student?
🕯️ Closing Ritual
Close your eyes. Take one hand to your heart and one to your belly. Feel your breath moving through you — inhale, creation; exhale, integration. See your YTT as a flower unfolding, each petal revealing the next phase in divine timing.
“May my curriculum flow like breath… steady, alive, and true.”
