giving form to your teachings
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other
people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
—Marianne Williamson

📖 Section 2: Writing from the Heart

Your welcome letter will be the first energetic transmission your students receive. It’s your chance to connect, inspire, and invite.
Prompt: For now…begin with “Dear Beloved Teacher in Training…” and write for 10–15 minutes without editing.
What do you want them to know about the heart of this journey?
How do you want them to feel in your presence, even on the page?

What surprised you as you wrote? What feels like your truest tone — poetic, grounded, nurturing, fierce, or soft?

🔮 Integration Practice: “The Manual Blessing”
Close your eyes and imagine golden light moving through your hands into the pages.
Whisper softly: “May these words awaken wisdom. May these teachings bloom in every heart they touch.”
Take three deep breaths - in through your intention, out through your offering.
Seal your manual with gratitude.
🌷 Closing Reflection
Prompts:
What feels alive and complete in your manual right now?
What still wants to be born?
How will you keep your manual a living document — one that grows and evolves as you do?
